This agreement is entered into by the User (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and Expat Clarity (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The Company is engaged in providing real estate leasing services primarily to expatriates.<\/p>

Services<\/h4>

The Company offers leasing services for residential properties. These services include but are not limited to property sourcing, contract negotiation, facilitation of lease agreements, and property management.<\/p>

User registration<\/h4>

The User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process and to maintain and update the information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.<\/p>

Obligations of the user<\/h4>

The User agrees to abide by the laws of the host country, maintain the leased property in good condition, and comply with the terms of the lease agreement.<\/p>

Pricing and payment<\/h4>

The User agrees to pay for the services provided by the Company as per the pricing mentioned in the service agreement. All payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the contract.<\/p>

Cancellation and refund<\/h4>

Cancellation and refund of services will be governed as per the policy mentioned in the service agreement.<\/p>

Confidentiality<\/h4>

The User agrees that all non-public information that the Company shares about its services is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed.<\/p>

Dispute resolution<\/h4>

In case of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
